Venelina Foteva has become a member of the Burgas Bar Association in 2002 and has been a managing partner of the Law firm since its very formation.

 

She qualifies in European law and in the year 2000 graduates the “English law and Law of the EC” course of the Cambridge University and in 2019 acquires a postgraduate diploma in EU Law of the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski.

 

She has good experience in the field of property law and territorial development; consulting of foreign investors; overseeing the legal aspects of all activities related to the development process (project designing, construction, commissioning of buildings); conveyancing of real estates; condominium management and others.

 

Provides procedural representation in civil and administrative cases.

 

She is fluent in English and maintains a very good knowledge of Russian.
